If you prefer more physically stimulating, dynamic yoga, your will enjoy this class.
Vinyasa means to move with the breath.  The poses flow seamlessly from one to another, synchronised with breathing, creating heat in the body for purification. 
Energetic class artfully combining vinyasa flow with other yoga styles and practices (ashtanga vinyasa, power yoga, kundalini, variety of breathing practices, meditation, relaxation)  – to detoxify, lose unwanted weight, sculpt and tone the body, still the mind, gain physical and mental strength, explore freedom of physical and energetic expression and then plunge into deep relaxation ‘to seal the deal’ to nourish the whole being. Please expect to sweat in this class! You may also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water.
