Lower Intermediate / Intermediate / Advanced levels
This class is suitable for practitioners wishing to explore deeper offerings of yoga and for an inspirational practice as well as having a go at more advanced postures.
Learn more advanced breathing techniques (pranayama) and fine tunes asanas (postures) and use of bandhas (energetic locks). Sessions are ended with a deep relaxation or meditation.
These classes are creative, energetic, dynamic and fairly challenging.
You dont have to be an intermediate/advanced practitioner to come along!! You are welcome to join, do what you can and get inspired!
